'Cause it WILL be! Each day for 10 days (Wednesday January 10 - Friday January 19), I'll post a delicious and HEALTHY smoothie recipe for you, loaded with nutrients and goodness. No fillers, no crappy sugars — just good, solid nutrition that tastes like an indulgence.
And speaking of indulgences, I'll also give you a few bonus recipes for satisfying your sweet tooth with smoothies without feeling guilty. You know those times when you want cookies or hot chocolate? I've got you covered!
The Smoothie Challenge is great for newbies and experienced smoothie-makers alike, because sometimes everyone needs a little extra inspiration or guidance. When I first started making smoothies years ago, I wasn't sure of flavor combinations or how to make green smoothies not taste like dirt (they are DELISH when done right), so I just muddled along. Over the years, I've collected tons of really tasty smoothie recipes that I can't wait to share with you (Black Forest, anyone?).
